One other thing is that often individual states have their unique laws in which affect house owners, which makes it very difficult for the our elected representatives to come up with a whole new set of recommendations concerning foreclosures on homeowners. The problem is that each state possesses own laws which may have impact in an unwanted manner in relation to foreclosure policies.
