When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and
now each time a comment is added I get several
e-mails with the same comment. Is there any

After I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify
me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I receive
four emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method
you are able to remove me from that service?
